Printing your tickets
How it works

If you choose to print your tickets in advance – you can also pick them up with your name and reservation number before the concert – here is how it works:

  • Buy your ticket(s).
  • Print your ticket
As the final step of your order, Your ticket will be e-mailed to you as an attached PDF. Save the attachment onto your computer. You now have your ticket stored. Print it at your convenience. All you need is a program to display PDF-files, for example the free Adobe Acrobat Reader or the likewise free Foxit Reader.
  • Bring your ticket to the concert – Enjoy!

Q. Which e-mail contains my ticket?

You will get two e-mails. The first is your order confirmation e-mail. This e-mail only confirms your order and may not be used for entry into the event. Shortly after, you'll get another e-mail containing your reservation number and your ticket as PDF attachment. You can now open the attachment and print out the ticket for entry into the event.

Alternatively you may also pick up your tickets at the concert hall ticket booth with your reservation number or a printout of the confirmation e-mail.

You probably already have everything you need:

  • Printer - Any ink-jet or laser printer (color or black & white) with a resolution of 150 dpi or higher is able to print your tickets. Use plain white paper for best results.

Yes!

The ticket that is printed through your printer is a valid, legitimate ticket. Make sure you keep it in a safe place and protect it just like you would any other ticket.

Q. What if I print more than one copy of my ticket or a photocopy is made?

Each ticket also shows the reservation number which is registered with the concert organiser. Only the first use of the ticket will be allowed entry.

Make sure you keep it in a safe place and protect it just like you would any other ticket. If more than one copy were to arrive, the attendants will know that the ticket has already been used. If there is a dispute the purchaser's name is printed on the ticket.
