Pursuant to the Austrian distance selling act (German: Bundesgesetz über Fernabsatz- und außerhalb von Geschäftsräumen geschlossene Verträgen (Fern- und Auswärtsgeschäfte-Gesetz – FAGG) – § 18 (1) 10.) and the EU law all ticket sales are final and not refundable. However, if you request your cancellation early enough, we will try to work out a cancellation in good will and at least a partial refund. From our experience:

  • Cancellations for the same day are not possible.
  • Tickets for the Christmas and New Year concerts can usually not be cancelled. If they can, there is often a 50% cancellation fee.
  • On average cancellation fees come 20% of the ticket price.
  • The earlier you cancel, the more likely your order can be cancelled and the cancellation fee will be lower.

Refunds

If a full or partial refund can be arranged, it will be exclusively made to the payment method used while ordering. Please note that with credit card refunds it might take a few days, sometimes even weeks, before the refund appears on your balance sheet. This is outside our control.

Change of date

If you do not want to cancel your tickets but only change the date, please contact us at or respond to your ticket confirmation at least 5 days before the original concert date. Provided there are still tickets available we will update your order and issue new tickets. You can also use our contact form.
